The TNP series is a precision bench digital torque tester for measuring opening and closing torque values in numerous applications. As a cap torque analyser, the TNP repeatably determines the closing and release torque of bottles; it is used in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, in industrial quality control and in research and development.
The large memory can store 1000 data points, including the average, maximum and minimum values; the HI-GO-LO LED comparator allows large batches to be checked to ensure product quality. Selectable modes (opening, closing, average) clockwise or anticlockwise, 4-digit LCD display, accuracy ±0.5% F.S. Powered by rechargeable NiMH battery or AC adapter, USB connection and Digitorq software. Robust die-cast aluminium housing.

Frequently asked questions
It is a bench digital torque tester (cap torque analyser) that repeatably measures the opening and closing torque of bottles and vials, with ranges from 50 N·cm to 10 N·m.
It is an LED comparator (green/red) that compares the measurement with the programmed tolerances, giving an immediate result: useful for checking large batches in production.
From 10 to 190 mm, thanks to the removable clamping pins that adapt the tester to the size of the sample.
Via the USB connection and the Digitorq software, with a memory of 1000 readings (average, maximum and minimum) for statistical analysis and graphs.
