RODER SRL was founded in 1991 as a small but dynamic company operating in the design and construction of special systems for industry, and is today a well-established name among the manufacturers of measuring machines and data acquisition systems, able to deliver, with great consistency, innovative technology that keeps pace with the times.

Thanks to a team of engineers and designers with decades of field experience, RODER SRL offers solutions and technologies for quality control on the production line and in the metrology laboratory.

Processing of personal data “Privacy Law”

Dear Customer,

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), which replaced Law no. 675/1996, the processing of the information concerning you will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and on the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (formerly art. 10 of Law 675/1996) of the aforesaid law, we therefore provide you with the following information:

The data you provide voluntarily will be processed, within the limits of privacy legislation, for the following purposes:

a) invoicing and archiving of customer data required both for contractual obligations and for legal and tax obligations, as well as to allow effective management of financial and commercial relations;

b) promotional communications, marketing activities with the sending of newsletters by electronic mail (e-mail).

Processing will be carried out using paper and/or computerised methods. In any case, processing follows logics strictly related to the purposes indicated above. Providing the data relating to name, surname, address, tax code/VAT number, telephone number and e-mail address is mandatory in order to be able to offer you the consultancy and/or support service or the services you have requested. Any refusal to provide such data could result in the failure to perform, or the partial performance of, the service provided by RODER SRL.

Personal data will not be used to send advertising material, promotions and the like without the prior express consent of the data owner for such purposes. We inform you that personal data capable of revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-union nature, as well as personal data capable of revealing state of health and sex life, those relating to health, the data requested being exclusively those necessary for the correct performance of contractual relations with the user, are considered sensitive data.

No data of a sensitive or judicial nature is therefore ever requested. Should such data be provided by you spontaneously, it will not be processed without your express written consent.

The data controller is RODER SRL, in the person of Gosmar Maurizio Lorenzo, sole director of the company.

Data processing takes place at the company premises and is handled only by the personnel appointed to do so.

Your data will not be disseminated, meaning by this term making it known to unspecified parties, in any way whatsoever, including by making it available or open to consultation.

Your data may instead be disclosed by us to one or more parties on the following terms:

a) to parties appointed within our company to process your data;

b) to parties who may access your data by virtue of provisions of law, regulation or European Union legislation, within the limits laid down by such rules;

c) to parties who need to access your data for needs arising from our relationship, within the limits strictly necessary to carry out the tasks entrusted to them;

d) to parties acting as our consultants, within the limits necessary to carry out their assignment for our company.

You may at any time exercise your rights with regard to the data controller, pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code (formerly art. 13 of Law no. 675/1996); in particular you may request:

a) to know of the existence of data processing that may concern you;

b) to obtain without delay the communication in intelligible form of the data itself and of its origin, the erasure, the conversion into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed unlawfully;

c) to have the data updated, rectified or supplemented;

d) confirmation that the aforesaid operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data was disclosed, except where this proves impossible or entails the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;

c) to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even though it is relevant to the purpose of collection.
