RODER SRL offers the new CHECK-ISL series of robotised systems for the automatic measurement of dimensional quantities, geometric parameters and visual features on the production line.

The CHECK-ISL family is the natural evolution of a series of systems developed initially to meet particular measurement requirements (custom systems built specifically for particular production needs) and subsequently engineered and standardised until they became a proven, reliable system that can be offered in a range of manufacturing sectors and adapted to any production or quality control requirement.

The CHECK-ISL family comprises a set of hardware and software components, measuring instruments and mechanical structures developed specifically for measuring dimensional quantities, geometric features, physical quantities and visual aspects directly on the production line.

The considerable experience gained in the field and the use of proprietary technologies developed specifically by RODER SRL have made it possible to improve the performance of these automatic systems continuously.

RODER SRL can supply not only the measuring sensors but also the entire acquisition system, the electronic boards for control and signal conditioning, the automatic Pick & Place system, the data analysis software, the systems for cleaning and protecting the sensors, the mechanical supporting frames and, finally, all the consultancy needed to arrive at a real solution to the measurement problem.

Our engineering department can follow the application from the initial definition of the specification through to commissioning, personnel training and periodic maintenance of the systems on the production line.
