- High-power CREE LEDs: bright, stable light
- Up to 12 hours of battery life: 16.8 V lithium battery
- Range 30–120,000 FPM: 1–2000 Hz
- Phase delay: analysis at any point of the motion
- Adjustable flash duration: sharper images
- Sensor input + USB-C: synchronisation with the process
- CE, RoHS: 1-year warranty
The DT-366 is a portable battery-powered LED stroboscope with high-power CREE LEDs, bright and stable light over a wide measuring range and a far longer service life than xenon. The large backlit LCD display, the 8-key keypad and the adjustment dial make it simple and intuitive to use.
Adjustable phase delay (in degrees) and flash duration allow visual analysis of rotating or reciprocating parts at any point of the motion, and sharper images for detailed inspections. It can operate at a frequency set by the user or from a remote sensor; 15 V sensor input and USB-C. Lithium battery (16.8 V, 2600 mAh) for up to 12 hours. Aluminium/ABS housing, 0.98 kg.

Features

The large backlit LCD display shows frequency, flash duration and phase delay. The 8-key keypad with dial allows quick adjustments (x2/÷2) and fine tuning; the phase delay makes it possible to “freeze” the object at any point of the cycle.

Applications
- Electric motors, shafts and axles
- Rotogravure and flexo printing, winders and unwinders
- Plastic extrusion, blow moulding and moulding
- Gears, cams, belts and pulleys
- Fans, impellers and spindles
- Vibration analysis and predictive maintenance
Completed and documented applications:

High-speed optical analysis
Portable xenon and LED stroboscopes optically “freeze” the repetitive motion of high-speed objects, allowing visual inspection, quality control and the analysis of rotating parts and machines in production without stopping them.

Speed measurement and preventive maintenance
Stroboscopes measure rotational speed without contact and support preventive maintenance: by observing belts, pulleys, gears and rotating parts as still images, wear, play and anomalies are spotted before a failure occurs.
Frequently asked questions
The lithium battery (16.8 V, 2600 mAh) provides up to about 12 hours of operation; it is rechargeable and the unit can also be powered from 100–240 VAC mains.
The phase delay (0–359°, 0–999 ms) makes it possible to visually analyse a rotating or reciprocating part at any point of its motion, “freezing” it at the desired angle.
From 30 to 120,000 FPM (1–2000 Hz), with an accuracy of 0.01% ±1 digit of full scale.
Yes, via the sensor input (15 V pulse) and the USB-C port the flash frequency follows the speed of the process.
