ST-4000 portable LED stroboscope with trigger grip and 21 high-power CREE LEDs: stable, bright light over a wide measuring range, with a rechargeable battery and long service life.
- Array of 21 CREE LEDs: wide, bright viewing area
- Range 30–120,000 FPM: 0.5–2000 Hz
- Accuracy 0.01%: ±1 digit F.S.
- Lithium battery: up to 5 hours of battery life
- Trigger activation: ergonomic grip
- External sensor input: synchronisation with the process
- CE, RoHS: 1-year warranty
The ST-4000 is a lightweight, portable LED stroboscope for the non-contact inspection of moving parts: by illuminating the object at the correct frequency, it can be observed as if stationary or in slow motion. The array of 21 high-power CREE LEDs ensures bright, stable light over a wide measuring range, with a far longer service life than xenon lamps.
The rechargeable lithium battery (12.6 V, 2600 mAh) provides up to 5 hours of operation; adjustment is made with the x2/÷2 keys and the +/- fine tuning, while the external sensor input allows the flashes to be synchronised with the speed of the machine. ABS housing, weight 280 g, dimensions 228 × 86 × 40 mm.

Applications
- Electric motors, shafts and axles
- Rotogravure and flexo printing, winders and unwinders
- Plastic extrusion, blow moulding and moulding
- Gears, cams, belts and pulleys
- Fans, impellers and spindles
- Vibration analysis and predictive maintenance
Completed and documented applications:

High-speed optical analysis
Portable xenon and LED stroboscopes optically “freeze” the repetitive motion of high-speed objects, allowing visual inspection, quality control and the analysis of rotating parts and machines in production without stopping them.

Speed measurement and preventive maintenance
Stroboscopes measure rotational speed without contact and support preventive maintenance: by observing belts, pulleys, gears and rotating parts as still images, wear, play and anomalies are spotted before a failure occurs.
Frequently asked questions
The ST-4000 uses an array of 21 high-power CREE LEDs, with a far longer service life than xenon lamps and no bulb replacement.
The range is from 30 to 120,000 FPM (0.5–2000 Hz), with an accuracy of 0.01% ±1 digit of full scale.
Yes, it has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery (12.6 V, 2600 mAh) that provides up to 5 hours of operation; it can also be powered from 100–240 VAC mains.
Yes, via the external sensor input (12 V pulse) the flash frequency is synchronised with the speed of the process.
