DT-311D xenon stroboscope with universal 85–240 VAC power supply: robust metal housing, external trigger and mounting thread, for the non-contact inspection of rotating and reciprocating machinery.
- Universal power supply: 85–240 VAC, a single model
- Xenon lamp: ≤ 45 W, life of 50,000,000 flashes
- Range 60–12,000 FPM: FPM and Hz
- Accuracy ±0.01%: full scale
- External trigger: synchronisation with the machine
- Threaded mount: tripod or fixed mounting
- CE, RoHS: 1-year warranty
The DT-311D is an industrial-grade portable xenon stroboscope with a robust metal housing. The universal power supply (85–240 VAC) allows a single model to be used with the different mains voltages in various countries; the top and bottom handles make it portable and flexible to use.
The high-focus reflector eliminates “blind” viewing areas; the external trigger input allows the flashes to be synchronised with the speed of the process, while the integrated threaded mount allows tripod or fixed mounting. Xenon lamp ≤ 45 W (life of 50,000,000 flashes), 5-digit LED display. Dimensions 210 × 120 × 120 mm, weight 1.0 kg.

Applications
- Electric motors, shafts and axles
- Rotogravure and flexo printing, winders and unwinders
- Plastic extrusion, blow moulding and moulding
- Gears, cams, belts and pulleys
- Fans, impellers and spindles
- Vibration analysis and predictive maintenance
Completed and documented applications:

High-speed optical analysis
Portable xenon and LED stroboscopes optically “freeze” the repetitive motion of high-speed objects, allowing visual inspection, quality control and the analysis of rotating parts and machines in production without stopping them.

Speed measurement and preventive maintenance
Stroboscopes measure rotational speed without contact and support preventive maintenance: by observing belts, pulleys, gears and rotating parts as still images, wear, play and anomalies are spotted before a failure occurs.
Frequently asked questions
The 85–240 VAC range allows a single model to be used with the different mains voltages in various countries, without dedicated variants.
No, it is mains powered (85–240 VAC); for battery use the DT-735 is recommended.
Yes, the external trigger input allows the flashes to be synchronised with the speed of the process via a sensor.
From 60 to 12,000 FPM, with an accuracy of ±0.01% of full scale.
