Calibrators for arch gauges

Arch gauges are calibrated using reference arches with a certified radius. By placing the instrument on the calibrator, the correspondence between the value read and the nominal radius of the reference is checked, identifying any deviations and allowing the instrument to be adjusted. Two types of calibrator are available, depending on the measuring mode to be verified.

Roller calibration arches (external and internal radius)

Calibration arch with double verification radius (external and internal), suitable both for calibrating the instrument and for periodic verification of correct measurement.

Electronic controllers

The electronic controller with dial indicator is the removable, interchangeable measuring unit of the DIACHECK-CT series. It is available in two measuring ranges (25 mm and 50 mm), with or without Bluetooth interface.

All calibrators bear a serial number and, on request, are supplied with a measurement certificate with Accredia traceability. Bench supports are also available, which keep the calibrator in a horizontal, referenced position during verification operations.

The calibrators complete the range of DIACHECK-CT series digital arch gauges for measuring radius and diameter.
