LED bars for machine vision systems
Photolux LED bar lights provide direct, uniform, high-intensity lighting for machine vision systems and optical machines. They are built from a high-density LED array with integrated lens, which produces a directional, uniform beam, ideal for bringing out the edges, surfaces and details of the objects to be inspected. The range comprises the DL1 and DL2 series, available in numerous sizes (from 25×100 to 100×300 mm) and in three colours — neutral white, blue and red — to suit the contrast required. Designed for OEM integration, they are powered at 24 Vdc with an M8 connector and use HTTM© technology for thermal stability. The DL2 series adds the choice of semi-transparent glass, for a softer light.

How to choose the LED bar light
The choice depends on the area to be lit, on the colour and on the type of light required:
- Size of the area to be lit (from 25×100 to 100×300 mm)
- Colour: neutral white, blue or red according to the contrast wanted
- Type of light: direct (DL1) or with semi-transparent glass for a more diffused light (DL2)
- Integration: 24 Vdc supply, M8 connector, OEM mounting
- Certifications required (CE, RoHS)
