DL3 LED lighter for vision systems with high flux LEDs
  • Compact anodised aluminium housing
  • Cable with industrial connector
  • Integrated power driver
  • LED matrix with built-in lens
  • High brightness
  • High uniformity
  • Industrial-standard 24 Vdc supply

Main features

  • High-brightness, low-consumption LED matrix
Use of latest-generation LEDs with high efficiency and brightness combined with low energy consumption
  • HTTM technology
HTTM technology ( RODER Patent Pending ) for efficient dissipation of the heat produced by the LEDs. The heat produced by the LEDs is transferred to the outside through a material with high thermal conductivity.
  • Integrated driver
All DL1 series LED illuminators integrate the drivers that stabilise the LED current and allow operation with a direct 24 Vdc supply, keeping the light output constant and ensuring high uniformity of the light-emitting matrix.
  • Anodised aluminium body
Body made of anodised aluminium for greater heat dissipation and excellent structural rigidity.
  • Test certificate
Every illuminator produced carries a serial number and a test certificate issued after 48 hours of testing in our laboratory
  • Industrial connector
The power connection is made with a 3-pole M8 industrial connector for quick and easy disconnection in case of maintenance or replacement
  • Reduced thickness
The use of SMD technology makes it possible to obtain an illuminator with reduced thickness and overall dimensions, allowing installation even in compact automatic machines and automated production systems.

In depth

LED illuminators are a key component in ensuring high performance in machine vision systems and in optical inspection benches and quality control. Correct lighting is essential to obtain sharp, detailed images, allowing inspection systems to detect defects, measure dimensions and verify product quality with the greatest precision.

Advantages of LED illuminators:

  • High intensity and uniformity: thanks to the use of latest-generation LEDs, our illuminators provide uniform, high-intensity lighting, ideal for applications that require a clear and detailed view.
  • Durability and reliability: the LEDs used are designed to withstand harsh operating conditions, ensuring long service life and low maintenance.
  • Flexibility of use: available in various configurations (bar, ring, backlight, etc.), the illuminators can be easily integrated into existing vision systems or customised for specific requirements.
  • Lower energy costs: thanks to their energy efficiency, LED illuminators reduce consumption while delivering high performance.

Typical applications:

  • Automatic visual inspection: detection of defects on production lines, checking of labels, inspection of surfaces and components.
  • Testing and quality control: used on optical benches to test product characteristics such as dimensions, shape and colour.
  • Code reading and OCR: support for traceability applications and the automatic reading of barcodes and characters.

Our LED illuminators are designed to meet the most demanding requirements of industrial applications, improving operating efficiency and ensuring high quality of the end product.
