- CE, RoHS: 1-year warranty
The DT-735 is an industrial-grade portable xenon stroboscope for the non-contact inspection and observation of moving parts, giving the illusion of stopped or slowed motion. The robust metal housing withstands heavy-duty industrial use; the internal rechargeable battery and the two handles (top and bottom) make it portable and flexible to use.
The flash frequency is easily adjusted with the dial and the x2/÷2 keys and fine tuning, to inspect gear teeth, rotors, shafts and printing presses without stopping production. Xenon lamp ≤ 45 W with a life of 50,000,000 flashes, 5-digit LED display, 100–240 VAC power supply. Dimensions 250 × 120 × 120 mm, weight 1.25 kg.

Features

The 5-digit LED display remains legible even in poorly lit areas. The adjustment dial and x2/÷2 keys with fine tuning allow the flash frequency to be set precisely; the external trigger input allows synchronisation with the speed of the process.

Applications
- Electric motors, shafts and axles
- Rotogravure and flexo printing, winders and unwinders
- Plastic extrusion, blow moulding and moulding
- Gears, cams, belts and pulleys
- Fans, impellers and spindles
- Vibration analysis and predictive maintenance
Completed and documented applications:

High-speed optical analysis
Portable xenon and LED stroboscopes optically “freeze” the repetitive motion of high-speed objects, allowing visual inspection, quality control and the analysis of rotating parts and machines in production without stopping them.

Speed measurement and preventive maintenance
Stroboscopes measure rotational speed without contact and support preventive maintenance: by observing belts, pulleys, gears and rotating parts as still images, wear, play and anomalies are spotted before a failure occurs.
