- HTTM© technology and aluminium frame for efficient heat dissipation
- Versatile use: direct lighting, low-cost backlight, grazing light (low-angle)
The DL5 series is a range of high intensity LED panels for vision applications that require large illuminated surfaces. The panels are built from standardised 100×100 mm blocks, which allow modular customisation up to very large sizes. The choice of lens makes it possible to move from wide angle diffusion to highly directional emission, matching the lighting to the type of inspection.
MCCD stabilisation protects the entire matrix from supply fluctuations, guaranteeing a constant light output; the heavy aluminium frame and HTTM© technology ensure efficient thermal management and LED longevity. The DL5 series can be used for direct lighting, to create low-cost backlights (with diffusing glass) and for grazing light systems.

Colours, optics and code structure
The DL5 series is available in four emissions — neutral white (WH1), blue 450 nm (BL1), red (RD1), infrared 850 nm (IN1) — and with four selectable optical apertures. The product code follows the scheme PL-DL5-XXXXXX-CCC-AGL000, where XXXXXX = size, CCC = colour, G = glass, L = lens (0 = 120° natural, 1 = 15°, 2 = 30°, 3 = 45°).
| Aperture | Angle code (L) |
| No lens – 120° natural | 0 |
| 15° lens | 1 |
| 30° lens | 2 |
| 45° lens | 3 |
