The RODER DIACHECK-CTFR Compact is a portable contact gauge for measuring the diameter of railway wheels directly on the vehicle, without dismantling, with a measuring range of 300–950 mm on the tread.

The DIACHECK-CTFR measures the diameter of the railway wheel directly on the vehicle, without dismantling, using a three-point contact method and a digital indicator. It is suitable for locomotives, passenger coaches and freight wagons, both in the workshop and in the field, and attaches to the wheel by means of permanent magnets for stable, repeatable positioning.
Robust construction with aluminium bracket and hardened steel support points, IP42 protection and CR2032 battery power. The measuring range of this model is 300–950 mm. The -BT version adds data transmission via Bluetooth with an Android/iOS app for measurement traceability.
