The Dakota NDT PZX1-DL is a single element precision thickness gauge with a digital display and four measurement modes (Pulse-Echo, Echo-Echo, Interface-Echo and Plastics), data logger, USB-C connectivity and automatic TDG.
- Precision thickness gauge: single element, digital display
- 4 measurement modes: Pulse-Echo, Echo-Echo, Interface-Echo, Plastics
- 5–20 MHz transducers: delay line and contact
- High resolution: down to 0.001 mm
- Automatic TDG: with manual override, in all modes
- Data logger: 40 files × 250 readings (10,000)
- USB-C + Bluetooth: .csv data download; optional BT module
The PZX1-DL is a single element precision instrument which, thanks to its four measurement modes, covers a wide range of applications: from thickness on metals to measurement through a delay line, right through to plastic materials. The 120 MHz FPGA timing and the 100 V spike pulser ensure high resolution.
Automatic time dependent gain (TDG), with manual override, is active in all modes. It features a data logger (10,000 readings), USB-C connectivity with .csv data download and optional RS232 or Bluetooth modules for connection to data collectors and custom apps.
