The REDAM family represents the natural evolution of a range of systems and software initially developed to meet specific measurement requirements (custom systems built for particular production needs) and subsequently engineered and standardised to become a proven, reliable product, deployable across different manufacturing sectors and adaptable to any production or quality control requirement.
The REDAM family consists of a range of hardware and software components, measuring instruments and mechanical structures specially developed for measuring the thickness and width of products on the production line and in the metrology laboratory.
Extensive experience in the sector and the use of proprietary technologies developed specifically by RODER SRL have made it possible to improve the performance of systems for data acquisition and real-time process analysis continuously.
RODER SRL is now able to supply not only the measuring sensors but also the entire acquisition system, the electronic boards for control and signal conditioning, the automatic sensor traversing system, the software for data analysis, the systems for cleaning and protecting the sensors, the mechanical frame supports and, finally, all the advice needed to arrive at a real solution to the measurement problem.
