The VISIONCHECK-AI system enables defect inspection on continuous products using artificial intelligence

Would you like help choosing the right product ?
VISIONCHECK-AI is an intelligent inspection system dedicated to defect inspection on continuous products, based on artificial intelligence algorithms, a product developed by RODER SRL.
The system uses advanced vision technology to detect and classify defects on continuous products with unprecedented accuracy and precision.
The system is suitable for a wide range of industries, including metallurgy, automotive, aerospace and electronics. With its unique combination of precision and affordability, VISIONCHECK-AI offers a truly versatile solution for manufacturers in various sectors.
The system can detect and classify defects such as streaks, blisters, cracks, holes, dents, missing material and other imperfections quickly and precisely. In addition to identifying potential problems early on production lines, the system helps manufacturers optimise their processes by providing detailed data analysis reports that pinpoint areas for improvement.
VISIONCHECK-AI eliminates the need for costly manual inspections and improves product quality control at every stage of production. This enables manufacturers to reduce waste and consistently deliver products that meet customer expectations
Problem addressed
Identifying the presence of defects on continuous products such as:
- Extruded and drawn tubes
- Ground or peeled bars
- Extruded or rolled sheets
- Wood or plastic panels
- Extruded wires
- Extruded cables
- Printed sheets
- Technical textiles or nonwovens
- Continuous strips
Solution found
The use of VISIONCHECK-AI systems enables fast and precise detection of defects on continuous products. Defect inspection on continuous products using artificial intelligence algorithms also allows highly variable products to be inspected.

VISIONCHECK-AI enables verification of the presence of scratches, blisters, dents or visual imperfections that impair the appearance of the final product.
Inspection can be carried out with area-scan cameras or line-scan cameras.
With VISIONCHECK-AI, the size of the defect and its distribution per unit area can be verified in real time.
Applications with backlight illuminators are available for wide continuous products.

Defect inspection on continuous products such as tubes, wires and cables.
Inspection of defects, bulges, dents, colour changes, presence of contaminants and shape irregularities.
Real-time verification over the entire product surface, even when the product is moving or subject to vibration.
