The display interface has been deliberately kept simple and easy to read, without giving up the powerful mathematical functions intended for the analysis of dimensional and geometric characteristics. traditional manual measuring instruments<\/strong> (calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, bore gauges). The flatness measurement is performed with an array of sensors able to detect differences with respect to a certified calibration master. The result of the test is a map of the inspected areas with the corresponding numerical deviation from the ideal shape. <strong>A highly intuitive graphical presentation makes it possible to determine non-conforming areas quickly and reliably<\/strong>. The measurement report can be generated in Excel-CSV format or directly in graphical format. The typical application is the <strong>determination of radial and axial runout of wheels, tires, rims and wheel hubs<\/strong>. The report can be either numerical or graphical. With the addition of optional mathematical analysis libraries it is possible to carry out harmonic analysis of the acquired signal in order to determine the <strong>harmonic composition of the runout<\/strong>, from the fundamental up to the 32nd harmonic. Form inspection is performed by comparison with a <strong>reference master<\/strong> and all differences are highlighted quickly and intuitively. Out-of-tolerance or partial non-conformity signals can be generated for the product. The system can also be installed in <strong>robotized inspection areas and unattended automatic inspection benches<\/strong>.
