\u201cAll-in-one\u201d machine vision system for quality control on the production line, on automatic machines and on manual test benches<\/strong>. The new systems of the VISION CHECK 2000 series integrate a powerful machine vision system based on latest-generation image processing algorithms, a touch screen video interface and all the electronics required for interfacing with the production line or for remote control via fieldbus<\/strong> or standard I\/O. The powerful functions made available by the control station allow both visual inspection<\/strong> operations and dimensional and geometric inspection<\/strong> operations to be carried out. The PCL2315 control station is equipped with a latest-generation industrial controller capable of processing the acquired images in real time, producing the inspection result within a few milliseconds. The ability to connect a very large number of cameras (up to 32 cameras), the ability to customise the lighting system and the complete configurability of the acquisition<\/strong> and processing software give the system very high flexibility, making it possible to address the full range of industrial inspection requirements with a single machine vision system. <\/p>\n\n
